Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise accessing eComms (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
eComms is a multi-tenant business application: an organization you belong to controls the data you see and the actions you may take inside it. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and we will make reasonable efforts to give notice before a change that removes functionality you rely on.
3. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. Each organization is responsible for the members it invites and the roles it grants them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, to infringe another party’s rights, or to interfere with the integrity or availability of the Service, including any attempt to access data belonging to an organization you are not a member of.
5. Fees and payment
Paid features are billed according to the plan your organization selects. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding any content your organization submits to it, is our property or that of our licensors. Your organization retains all rights to the content it submits.
7. Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the Service at any time. On termination, an organization’s access ends, subject to any data-retention or export obligation described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees your organization paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. A material change becomes effective on the date stated in the document, and continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the address published on this site.
12. Governing language
This English document is a courtesy translation. The Spanish-language version of these Terms of Service is the authoritative instrument; if this translation and the Spanish original disagree, the Spanish text governs.
